PRESS

Andy Doonan is an accomplished musician and songwriter, whose tracks have been recorded by the likes of legendary David Bowie producer Ken Scott, and have featured in several TV shows including Hollyoaks.

Doonan writes and performs with feeling, honesty, and an edge of vulnerability. He has gained praise from Radio 1’s Tom Deacon and Kerrang!’s Alex Baker, and has played at prestigious venues and festivals, such as the London O2 Arena, Odsal Stadium, and Chris Evans’ Carfest.

Doonan’s powerful vocals and memorable melodies have captured the ears of BBC Introducing, who have aired his music regularly. He has played many BBC Introducing live sessions, and had his first National radio play in 2012 on Tom Robinson’s BBC Radio 6 show. With over 16 years of performing experience, Andy Doonan has played with artists such as Toploader, The Hoosiers and The Staves to name a few.
